Electronic Evidence Discovery Introduces Eastern Review Services Center
EED delivers efficient, cost-effective and consistent eDiscovery services through unique combination of people, technology and process
KIRKLAND, Wash. – October 31, 2007 – Electronic Evidence Discovery, Inc. (EED), a leader in the eDiscovery market, today introduced its new Review Services offering, which leverages the company’s more than 20 years of experience and expertise in legal discovery, to provide more cost-effective legal document review. Review Services integrate seamlessly with EED’s data analysis and review hosting services providing clients the advantage of a single partnership for a full range of discovery services and results.
The Review Services include:
- Discovery Partner® , the industry’s leading hosted review system
- Dedicated on-site review manager to execute review strategies and keep clients up-to-date on review team progress;
- Experienced document review team made up of licensed, fully screened attorneys; and
- State-of-the-Art, secure review facility with dedicated connectivity.
“Our new technology differentiated service features a unique combination of lawyers, technology and eDiscovery services that have been honed over more than a decade,” said David McCann, chief executive officer of EED, Inc. “Legal staffing firms do not develop review tools and therefore they do not possess the deep technological knowledge to significantly optimize the review process. Through our Review Services, our clients can count on the same, consistent results for all cases because we handle the entire review process.”
EED’s Review Services are based out of a secure 6,000 square foot facility in Manhattan, N.Y. and can be staffed by up to 100 reviewers at one time. The site and client data is protected by a three-tiered security system ensuring the confidentiality of every client project. The tight integration of specially trained EED service team and review technology complements the company’s comprehensive document collection, restoration and processing services, and helps to reduce time and expense for EED clients.
McCann added, “With the growing amount of data being created by companies and organizations, especially through email communications, the legal discovery process has become a major challenge for all parties involved in legal disputes. We understand the process, and because of our experience, we can offer a high level of productivity and consistency that is unmatched in the industry.”
