Electronic Evidence Discovery Enables Corporations to Architect Legal eDiscovery Processes

Company launches new practice to help companies reduce cost and time in Legal Document Processing and Review

KIRKLAND, Wash. – October 10, 2007 - Electronic Evidence Discovery, Inc. (EED), a leader in the eDiscovery market, today introduced a new consulting practice to help corporations architect a standardized internal legal eDiscovery processes and protocols to better prepare for future litigation. The eDiscovery Process Design Practice leverages EED’s 20 years of experience in the industry and combines the company’s proven enterprise-wide eDiscovery process design with its deep understanding of the legal defensible protocols surrounding collection, processing, search, review and production.

EED’s eDiscovery Process Design Practice consists of a team of technology experts, former practicing attorneys and former corporate counsels. These experts help corporations architect an integrated system to better control the eDiscovery process from beginning to end, and reduce risk and costs.
