EED Names Industry Veteran Thomas Haug Senior Vice President of Software Engineering

KIRKLAND, WASH., Jan. 3, 2007 - Electronic Evidence Discovery, Inc. (EED), the full-service eDiscovery leader, today announced the appointment of Thomas Haug as the company’s senior vice president of software engineering. Tom will lead EED’s product strategy from the company’s headquarters in Kirkland, WA.

An industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Tom brings to EED significant expertise in product strategy, product management and software engineering in fields ranging from enterprise software to artificial intelligence to data communications. Prior to joining EED, Tom served as vice president of engineering at Azaleos where he was responsible for strategic product planning, product management, software and systems engineering, quality assurance and product release.

Before joining Azaleos, Tom served as vice president of engineering for Pacific Edge Software and as vice president of engineering and operations at Internet infrastructure company FizzyLab Corp. Prior to FizzyLab, Tom served as vice president of engineering for DigitalXpress, a broadband satellite services provider spun off from Boeing Commercial Space Company. Tom received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Southern Illinois University.
