EED Unveils “EED Mobilized”—A Portable and Comprehensive eDiscovery Service for Corporations and Law Firms
February 2006, Seattle, WA –Electronic Evidence Discovery, Inc. today unveiled EED Mobilized, its completely portable eDiscovery service for corporations and law firms.
EED Mobilized deploys the EED Discovery automated electronic discovery system on corporate and law firm sites and then provides the expert staff to run the systems, eliminating the need to add headcount or grow internal expertise, and avoiding issues surrounding highly sensitive data or local data privacy laws.
With service provided on site or from EED’s offices in Kirkland and New York, EED can provide 24/7 staffing by world class experts.

EED Mobilized was first implemented on projects originating in the European Union where privacy laws prohibit the transfer of data to the United States for processing and review. Two multinational corporations asked EED to deploy EED Discovery on European sites—in Poland and The Netherlands—and to process the data in compliance with EU privacy rules. EED experts ran these systems from EED’s technology centers, providing 24/7 global service through secure virtual private networks.

EED Mobilized has also been staffed on site by EED personnel, as EED’s technology-enabled services team can be deployed anywhere in the world, armed with the comprehensive data processing, review and evidence production capabilities of EED’s Discovery Software System.
