Tim Wassman Named Senior Vice President of Field Operations at EED™
KIRKLAND, Wash. – April 15, 2008 – Electronic Evidence Discovery, Inc., (EED) the leader in full service eDiscovery solutions, today announced that Tim Wassman has joined the executive team as senior vice president of field operations. In this role, Wassman will continue to drive rapid growth for EED, lead the field sales team and focus on enhanced client services. Wassman will be client facing, owning contractual commitments and project delivery responsibilities.

Wassman brings 25 years experience in the software and service industries in roles including sales, business development and solutions delivery. Ten of those years have been at the Vice President level and include a focus on governance, risk and compliance. Overall, he brings a unique set of experiences that position him well for the role of senior vice president of field operations at EED.

Most recently, Tim was Vice President of the North American Business Unit for SPSS, a $300 million data and text analytics vendor. Prior to that, he was Vice President of sales and business development at Axentis, a venture backed Software as a Service provider of Governance, Risk and Compliance management for Corporate Legal and Finance. Tim also spent 5 years with Hyperion Software, as a sector vice president. He has a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Southern Illinois University.About EED
