Elizabeth I. Golden
Midwest Regional Account Manager
Elizabeth has been involved in litigation support and electronic document management for more than 10 years. Her experience spans records storage, scanning/coding/OCR services and e-data review. Elizabeth has worked with corporate, government and legal clients on a local and national basis and brings to EED strong skills of overseeing projects to successful completion and managing client expectations. She holds a BA from College Misercordia and an MA from Northwestern University.
Steven Stein
Vice President, Western Region
Steve has worked with law firms and corporations to address issues relating to eDiscovery since 2000. Prior to entering the eDiscovery marketplace, Steve was a practicing attorney and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Marquette University Law School in 1995. From 1995-2000, Steve was a trial lawyer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he first chaired ten jury trials, second chaired thirty jury trials and argued motions before the appellate and state courts of Wisconsin.
Jane E. Cavanaugh
Midwest Regional Account Manager
Jane brings more than 11 years of litigation support experience to EED, ranging from a paralegal supporting a leading international law firm to a litigation support provider focusing on the management of efficient litigation through digital document management and electronic discovery consulting services. Her experience as a paralegal provides invaluable insight as to what is required to support our clients, allowing her to work hand-in-hand with prospects and clients to create a customized and successful long term solution. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Political Science, Jane also has her ABA post-baccalaureate graduate certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute.
David A. Thomas
Midwest Regional Account Manager
David has been in the litigation support business for 15 years with a core focus on eDiscovery since 2000. He works closely with some of the largest corporations and outside counsel throughout the Midwest. David works hand-in-hand with EED's project management and consulting teams to properly manage risk and guide clients through the key phases of collection, data reduction, hosting, document review and production. Having spent many years in the automation of both paper-based and electronic data, David works consultatively with clients to anticipate their needs, recognize potential hazards early-on and manage expectations effectively throughout the life cycle of each case. David is a graduate of Michigan State University with an emphasis in Marketing and Advertising.
