On-Site Review Manager

An experienced review manager oversees each project on-site at the review facility, keeping you apprised of the team’s progress. Responsible for implementing the review strategy specified by the client, the review manager also monitors the performance of reviewers and collaborates with the EED Client Services Group. By working closely with the EED teams involved in other phases of the review project, applying information gathered and lessons learned, the review manager ensures efficient process, a high level of productivity and a consistent customer experience.

Experienced Review Team

Critical to the success of any review project is our comprehensive screening/hiring process. We pride ourselves on assembling a review team whose credentials, experience and personality match the needs of our client. All members of our pool of potential reviewers are law school graduates with verifiable credentials.

EED Discovery Partner Review System

A key advantage of our review services is our technological expertise. Legal staffing firms do not offer review systems, nor do they possess the deep technological knowledge required to optimize the review process.
